Demo of Chair-based Exercises at the Monday Club

At 2:00pm on Monday 8th July a representative from Age UK Somerset will be demonstrating chair-based exercises that members of the Monday Club can join in if they wish to do so. 

The Venue is the Ebdon Arms, Lilac Way, Wick St Lawrence BS22 9WE where we celebrated our second birthday in May 2024.
